We offer convenient payment on the website via Apple Pay, GPay, or any bank card.
After payment, within three business days we will ship your order to any Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker near your home. Shipping costs are paid by the recipient.
Cash on delivery is also available — you can inspect the jewelry at the Nova Poshta branch before paying. Please note that Nova Pay charges a commission of approximately 5% of the order value.
Remember, our packaging is perfect not only for a lovely personal purchase, but also as a beautiful gift.

Returns

We want every piece of jewelry to find its rightful owner and bring only joy. That's why we're always ready to help with selection, sizing, and any questions before placing an order.

Please note that, in accordance with Ukrainian law, jewelry of proper quality is not subject to return or exchange.

If, upon receiving your order, you discover a manufacturing defect or have concerns about the quality of the product — please contact us. We will always review the situation individually and offer a possible solution.
