What material are the pieces made of?
All Tobi Mozhna jewelry is made from 925 sterling silver. Most pieces are coated with rhodium or 18-karat gold.

How long does the coating last?
With proper care, the coating lasts 1–3 years. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and cosmetics. See our Jewelry Care page for more details.

Sizing

Do your pieces come in sizes?
All ear cuffs are made in a universal size that fits most ears. Learn more on the Size Guide page.

Do I need pierced ears for ear cuffs?
No! Most of our ear cuffs are clip-ons that hold without piercing.

Shipping & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments (Visa/Mastercard), Apple Pay, and GPay. Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide via Nova Poshta and international carriers.

Yes, within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been worn and the original packaging is intact.
