When you buy a certificate — We generate a unique code. We automatically send it to your email. Upon request, we send a physical certificate.
This code works like a balance: you can enter it when placing an order, and funds are debited in installments until they are spent.
It works like a wallet: if the certificate is for UAH 1000 and the order is for UAH 600, the remaining UAH 400 is saved for the next purchase. If the certificate amount is less than the jewelry's cost → you can pay the difference.
If you received a certificate:
1. Choose your jewelry;
2. Place an order;
3. On the payment page, you will see the "Discount Code or Gift Card" field;
4. Enter your code;
5. You can do it!
